Shuttle Services

Golden Rays Shuttle is a local shuttle service that services both the Reno-Tahoe Airport and Sacramento International Airport.

  • Golden Rays is based in the nearby town of Downieville and has two drivers/vehicles:

    • A 6 passenger van with not much room for suitcases

    • A 7 passenger van with plenty of room for suitcases

  • It is about $50 one way for an airport transfer from Reno or Sacramento.

  • Based on what they have available and how far of a drive it is (Reno airport is about 1.5 hours and the Sacramento airport could be 2 hours or more depending on traffic) if multiple people wanted to book a shuttle it would be ideal if that could somehow be coordinated.
